- Light set of dumbbells (5lb - 7.5lb)
- Medium/heavier set of dumbbells (15lb-30lb)
- Booty band
- Ankle weights
*Please note all workouts can also be done bodyweight or with household items*
The foundations of Kelsey Rose Fitness were built around becoming the strongest version of you, both mentally and physically. Dedicating time for movement each day is very important, and with a range of workouts within the library you will find everything from low-impact body weight to resistance workouts at both beginner and advanced levels (+ much more!). I instruct you through efficient yet effective form focused workouts with precise movements that will leave you feeling your absolute best.
The recommended weekly schedule is there for you to follow, or create your own routine based off of your own preference! There are a variety of types/lengths of workouts and I do recommend incorporating different types of workouts to ensure your movement routines are well-round. If you're a beginner, start with mobility, stretching and low impact workouts and begin to progress from there!
